1. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the je8 platform and its users. je8 is an online gaming and betting platform operating in Bangladesh that provides the opportunity to play in a reliable and safe environment.

4. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

5.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

je8's VIP program has 4 tiers, which can be advanced through by playing regularly:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

The user's activity and contribution are taken into account when determining VIP tier. je8 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time.

6. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the je8 platform are conducted using SSL encryption in a secure environment. All games are operated impartially to ensure fair play.

• Intentionally disconnecting during a game is prohibited.
• Taking advantage of any errors or bugs in the gaming software is strictly prohibited.
• je8 reserves the right to cancel any transaction resulting from a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Additional conditions apply to sports betting. Bets will be settled based on official results. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded according to the applicable rules.
